11 Month Warranty

Most builders provide a one-year warranty on newly constructed homes. An 11-month warranty inspection is designed to identify defects or concerns before your builder’s warranty expires, giving you the opportunity to request repairs while coverage is still in effect.

At Platinum Coast Inspections, we perform a comprehensive inspection of your home during the 11th month of ownership to help identify visible deficiencies, installation concerns, and potential maintenance issues before they become your responsibility.

Our non-invasive inspection includes a visual evaluation of the home’s readily accessible interior and exterior components, including major systems and structural elements. Areas inspected may include:

• Roofing

• Exterior components

• Attic and insulation (when accessible)

• Plumbing systems

• Electrical systems

• HVAC systems

• Doors, windows, and interior components

Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed report complete with photos and descriptions of any material defects observed at the time of the inspection. This report can then be provided to your builder so repairs may be addressed under the builder’s warranty before expiration.
